| 摘 要： | 梳理了出版机构以及作者以外的出版相关者(编辑、同行评议人、媒体传播、期刊评价及媒体评价)的伦理责任.国内行业学(协)会、出版机构和出版相关者应开展更多维度的探索,在期刊出版相关者层面进一步完善治理,制定伦理政策,形成完整的期刊出版伦理生态,促进期刊出版活动全方位规范、多方协调及可持续发展.

| Abstract: | The article sorted out the publishing organizations and its related personnel organizations and publishing related person(editors, peer review, media communication, journals and media evaluation). Domestic industrial associations,publishing organizations and related personnel should carry out multi-dimensional exploration, especially at the level of the related personnel of periodical publishing, to further improve governance, formulate ethical policies, form a completed ethical ecology of periodical publishing, and to push for all-round standardization, multi-coordination and sustainable development of periodical publishing activities. |
