| 摘 要： | 从作者与科技期刊编辑权利取得的法律依据、主要权利内容的不同、权利限制以及可能发生的侵权行为阐述他们各自在期刊编辑出版过程中的权利义务.认为作者与科技期刊编辑在<著作权法>上表现为不同的权利主体,分别拥有不同的权利及其权利界线,编辑与作者双方权利义务的正确行使和履行,有助于科技期刊的健康发展.

| Abstract: | The paper expounds the rights and obligations of the authors and editors of scientific journals through the basis of law for acquisition of rights,the differences between the main content of rights,the restriction of rights and the possible actions of encroachment in editing and publishing.The authors and editors of scientific journals,the different rights owners stipulated in the Copyright Law,have different rights and restriction of rights.For the healthy development of scientific journals,both the authors and editors should properly exercise and fulfill their rights and obligations. |
