| 摘 要： | 不少科技论文常采用照片图来表述有关内容.照片图包括金相显微照片、扫描电镜照片(SEM)、透射电镜照片(TEM)等.有关国家标准要求,照片图上应该有表示目的物的标度或提供放大倍数1],标度作为照片图中的细节部分不应被忽视.
