| Abstract: | Eight consciousnesses are advocated for scientific journal editors to implement the socialist concept of honor and disgrace.These consciousnesses concern the nationality,the collectivism,the editorship,the morale of teachers,the copyright law,resource conservations,high quality scientific journals,and innovations in journals management,with eight phenomena criticized including blind faith in foreign indexing organizations,irrespectiveness of harmony,self-degradation,academic fraud,illegal duplications,waste of resources,neglect of duty,and speculations in journals management. |
