| 摘 要： | 对高校自然科学学报目前存在的主要问题进行层次划分:第1层次为高校学报问题,第2层次为社会化科技期刊问题,第3层次为市场化科技期刊问题.按层次对学报问题进行了相互制约关系分析,提出了以建立学报市场机制为核心的改革步骤和方法.

| Abstract: | The authors divide the fundamental problems in university scientific journals of China into three levels. The first is university journal problem, the second is the socialization of sci tech journals, and the third is the market economy of sci tech journals. According to above three levels, the authors analyze the mutually restricting relations existing in journal problems, and bring forward some reform proposals which center on the establishment of journal market mechanism. |
