| Abstract: | Information power is the basic factor of a country's comprehensive national power in information society.Theoretical circles should pay more attention to the functions of sci-tech academic journals,such as authenticating,disseminating,transforming and appreciating the sci-tech information,and cultivating the social creative awareness and training the sci-tech personnel.The roles ofinformation power of academic journals formed in the information society are explained as well. |
