| 摘 要： | 中医药文化是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝之一。作为弘扬发展中医药文化的重要载体,中医药期刊的地位和作用亟待加强。本文结合文化自信的战略视角,从3个方面分析了中医药期刊的价值作用和时代使命:助力新冠肺炎疫情防控,传递科学理念；弘扬传承中医药文化,增强文化自信；发挥中医药特色优势,助力健康中国。提出了在建设世界一流科技期刊背景下中医药期刊的发展路径:以文化自信为内核,引领世界一流中医药科技期刊建设；以特色优势为抓手,推动中医药文化理念有效传播；以人才培养为保障,强基固本增强期刊核心竞争力；以创新评价体系为突破口,推动中医药期刊良性发展。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) culture is one of the greatest treasures of traditional Chinese culture. As an important carrier of TCM culture, TCM periodicals need to improve to a higher platform to play a major role in this era. Based on the strategy of cultural confidence, this paper analyzed the value and role, and the missions of TCM in this era from the following aspects:contributing to the prevention and control of COVID-19 and the dissemination of scientific concepts; enhancing cultural confidence through promoting the development of TCM; making a full play of the unique advantages of TCM to assist the building of a healthy China. We also put forward possible development routes of TCM periodicals under the background of building the world first-class sci-tech periodicals, such as leading the construction of world-class TCM sci-tech periodicals with cultural confidence as the core force, promoting effective dissemination of TCM culture with its unique advantages, strengthening the core competitiveness of periodicals ensured by talent training, and driving a healthy development of TCM periodicals by developing innovative evaluation system. |
