| 摘 要： | 从沟通是做好编辑工作的基础,是新时期提升编辑能力的需要,沟通是一种技能3个方面分析沟通对现代科技期刊编辑工作的重要意义。认为科技期刊编辑应重点从3个方面增强沟通技能:提高语言运用能力,有效利用电话媒介,学会倾听。

| Abstract: | The importance of the communication skills of sci-tech journal editors is analyzed from three aspects:foundation of editorial work, necessity to improve editors'' capabilities and possibility of training skills. We suggest that sci-tech journal editors should improve their communication skills from the language application ability, making full use of telephone medium and leaning to listen. |
