| Abstract: | This paper discusses on how to implementing high quality strategy of science journals under the trend of market economy.Current status and development of Guihaia are introduced.Meanwhile,the following aspects are expatiated in detail to show the endeavor on the journal management: opening management model and measures to widening contribution sources;stressing on the planning,enhancing the topic selection and paper management;optimization and integration of contribution sources,strengthening the academic quality;focusing on the journal features and designing preponderant columns;implementing related standards and improving editing quality. |
