| 摘 要： | 反思中俄合办英文版《地震预报研究》的停刊原因,得到如下启示:英文版科技期刊必须确立促进国际学术交流的办刊宗旨;必须走国际化期刊的发展之路;必须更加注重科技论文的时效性和新颖性;必须努力探索并实施国际化运作的方法和策略;必须处理好主办者意图、为作者服务和为读者服务三者的关系.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the reasons of the closing of Sino-Russian jointly published Journal of Earthquake Prediction Research are reflected,and some enlightenments are attained as following.The English journals should make clear that their aims are promoting the international academic exchanges,should be orientated to the international readership,should pay more attention on the novelty of articles and publish as quick as possible,should strive to explore the approaches of internationalization operation,and should also deal well with the correlations between satisfying the sponsors' intention and serving the authors and the readers. |
