| Abstract: | The establishment of the editorial board is of great significance beca use the board has important tasks and responsibilities. The following principles for the board establishing are suggested: the board should be consisted of expe rts; the board members should have academic influences; the board should be open to the outside; the members should be from different disciplines; the members s hould undertake responsibilities; and finally the board should be renewed timely . |
