| 摘 要： | 改革开放近30年来,我国科技期刊空前发展,编辑的办刊理念悄然发生巨变,主要表现在角色理念、工作理念、服务理念、经营理念等4个方面。具体表现为,角色理念由"幕后"到"前台",工作理念由被动到主动,服务理念由淡薄到浓厚,经营理念由排斥到认同。
