| 摘 要： | 替换是指在期刊出刊计划中 ,将未安排进出刊计划的文稿列入出刊计划 ,将已安排进出刊计划的文稿撤换下来的一种编辑行为。选择替换的编辑手段主要是为了文稿时效性、整合栏目、满足特殊需要、争夺科研首创权、防止一稿多发。替换应慎重 ,避免替换行为经常化和随意化

| Abstract: | Replacement is a kind of editorial action, that is to list the unarranged articles into present publishing plans, and dismiss the arranged articles. Such a replacement aims to be suitable for a certain event, to adjust periodical column, to meet some special requirements, to grasp the scientific research originality, and to prevent an article from publishing many times. But editors should be prudent in article replacement to avoid abuse and discretion. |
