| 摘 要： | 实名审稿制与匿名审稿制各有利弊.相比于实名审稿制,双向匿名审稿制(双盲审稿)更有其现实意义和普遍适用性;只要采取相应措施就能在很大程度上弥补其缺陷.同行审稿制的关键是要采取有效措施避免审稿过程中非理性、非学术性因素的干扰.
