| Abstract: | In this paper,the sci-tech editors' roles for culturing sci-tech talents are discussed from three aspects:to be a Bole(a good judge of talent in Chinese legend),a bridge,and a gardener.The paper points out the editors should bear the responsibility of culturing talents during their editing work. |
