| 摘 要： | 为推进我国科技期刊的改革发展,联系高校科技期刊实际,对改革中的一些热点、疑点、难点问题提出了看法。认为目前的期刊生态、期刊格局、期刊运作方式要借改革的东风,有所突破,有所作为,有所变革。期刊改革应坚持分类对待,分步实施,循序渐进,突出重点等原则,科学安排培育市场主体。
