| 摘 要： | 科技期刊是科技创新成果首发竞争的主战场，是国家科技力量的重要组成部分。加强科技期刊建设，对于提升国家科技竞争力和文化软实力具有重要作用。党的二十大报告提出了高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。科技期刊编辑应深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神，以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，坚定四个自信，坚持走中国特色科技期刊发展道路，坚持胸怀天下，坚持问题导向，坚持守正创新，不断推进我国科技期刊高质量发展。
