| Abstract: | Chinese entry to WTO will bring in both opportunities and challenges to the publishing sector. The reform of publishing mechanism , according to the author, is crucial for Chinese publishers to face the challenges.The prerequisite of the publishing mechanism reform is to separate the government function from the business operation, the foundation is the basic changes of the mechanism in the publishing houses, and the kernel question is the introduction of diversified investment forms in publishing business. |
