| Abstract: | Large-scaling is an important goal of reform and development of sci-tech periodicals.To achieve large scale,journal group construction is an effective model.Since 1990s,the Beijing Prominion Publishing Co.,Ltd.(BPP) has been engaging in journal group construction.The practice has optimized the allocation of resources,and accelerated the pace of large-scaling. |
