| 摘 要： | 根据《中国航空学报》(英文版)的办刊实践,总结出在信息时代可借助于国际数据库、社交网络、稿件处理系统和微信平台等网络资源以及通过参加国际会议等方式对国际审稿专家库进行拓展与维护,从而助力于有效、有人情味和可持续的稿件送审工作,全面提升期刊质量.
