| 摘 要： | 在论述国家科技奖励及其评审机制的相关理论,辨析相关概念的基础上,对国家科技奖励评审机制的运行要素、运行过程与保障机制进行了探讨与论述;并在比较、借鉴国内外科技奖励评审与评估机制的基础上,结合我国自身特点,从多个角度提出了适合我国国情的国家科技奖励评审机制发展策略。

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of relative theories and the discrimination of related concepts of evaluation mechanism of s&t awards system., this article analyses the general operating elements, the procedure and guarantee mechanism of evaluation mechanism of national s&t awards system. Then the article do a comparative research between China and other countries and proposes the developing strategy of the evaluation mechanism of national s&t awards system in China. |
