| 摘 要： | 大学管理行政化违背教育管理的本质和规律,体现为官僚化、科层化、专制化、同质化。大学去行政化是大学管理的一场革命,是一个回归大学管理本质的过程,涉及大学管理思想、价值、组织结构、体制、方法等多方面的深刻变革。正确理解大学本质和大学管理本质是大学去行政化的关键。大学管理去行政化应去大学行政化定式,立按高等教育规律管理的理念;去大学管理科层化,立大学管理专业化;去大学管理官僚化,立大学管理民主化;去大学管理程式化,立大学管理创新化。
