| 摘 要： | 本文从抓好基础建设和队伍建设,强化网络电视新闻整体效应意识;充分认识网络电视新闻的特点;突出新闻报道的特色和个性,做好新闻节目和栏目的编排;充分运用各类电视新闻体裁等几个方面阐述了高校网络电视台如何发挥好新闻报道的整体效应。

| Abstract: | In order to exert news reports' overall effect of web-based TV,and according to the analysis on this paper,we suggest to enhance the fundamental and group construction and strengthen the journalists' consciousness,study on the features of web-based TV news and optimize the TV program schedule,and make full use of all types of the TV news program. |
