| 摘 要： | 以用户参与为本质的Web2.0,以其开放性、真实性、自组织性、聚合性等特性为网络民意表达注入了新元素,Web2.0通过上述革命性的传播特性为网络民意表达搭建了以开放个人为主体的意见表达机制、以开放动态互联网为技术平台的意见组织机制以及以自组织的弱联结为主要联结方式的意见传播机制,从而使得网络民意表达变得更加开放多元、成熟理性和集中有序.
