| 摘 要： | 知识服务是以信息和知识的搜寻、组织、分析、重组的知识和能力为基础,根据用户的问题和环境,融入用户解决问题的全过程中,提供有效支持。随着因特网和信息技术的发展,图书馆也进入了网络化时代。依托于网络的信息服务商日益增多,图书馆不再是信息服务的主要提供者,图书馆也面临着巨大的竞争压力,因此提出知识服务这一概念。图书管理的职能正在从传统的提供信息转向知识导航、知识评价和信息咨询等,充当用户的信息顾问角色。将知识服务应用于现代化图书馆建设,是图书馆业发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the conditions,fields and scientific management methods of the knowledge service of the library for the purpose of improving the core competitive power of the library,analyzes the necessity of developing the knowledge service in the library,expounds the differences and the connections between the knowledge service and information service,and probes into the measures that the library should adapt to develop the knowledge service. |
