| 摘 要： | 美国大学图书馆在机构设置、人事管理、馆藏建设及服务理念等方面都有独特的表现,其高效先进的管理模式是当前图书馆界一致认同和赞成的,随着信息资源的公开和国际化程度的加深,我国各大学图书馆应在这些方面借鉴美国先进的管理经验,并结合本馆实际工作加以利用,使之更好的为各大学的教学科研服务.

| Abstract: | American university libraries have unique characters,such as setting-up organization,personnel management,library construction and service idea.The high efficiency and advanced management pattern are generally acknowledged and universally praised in the field of the library.With the information resources brought into open and the internationalization becoming deep,our university libraries ought to use the advanced experience of the management pattern of American libraries and to serve the teaching and research well basing on the practical work. |
