| 摘 要： | 创造"共享、重组、再造"的新型信息交流平台,建立可以更好地服务于研究者的科学交流模式,是适应科学交流发展的必然要求。发挥传统图书馆学技术优势,深入挖掘开放存取平台的科学交流服务功能,构建网络环境下科学交流的新模式,是网络时代图书馆走出危机并走向辉煌的重要途径。本文就图书馆在基于开放存取平台的科学交流中所起的作用进行了探讨。认为在现在知识库中增加构建知识节点图、开展个性化服务、构建数字化学习平台等功能是图书馆在开放获取环境下促进科学交流的重要手段。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the inevitable requirement of the development of scientific communication,we should build a new platform for the＂information sharing,recombination,reconstructing＂and better scientific communication models for the researchers. In the network times,giving full play to the technical advantages of traditional library science,excavating the scientific exchange service function of open access platform,building a new model of scientific communication under the network environment are important ways for the library development. The role of the library in the scientific communication based on the open access platform are discussed in the article. To add the knowledge node function,develop personalized service,construct digital learning platform in the knowledge base are important means to promote the scientific communication effcct in the open access environment for library. |
