| 摘 要： | 为有效地保证高等院校信息管理与信息系统专业培养出符合国家创新型人才的目标，论文分析当前教学方法普遍存在的问题及原因，提出改革教学方法的思路：多样化教学方法的应用、教与学方法的培训、反馈式教学的倡导。结合《信息组织》课程的教学实践，将这些方法运用到教学方法改革中，取得了较好的效果，为该学科的教师提供实践指导作用。
