| 摘 要： | 本文基于阅读疗法在大学生心理健康教育中的实践研究效果,提出了通过阅读疗法对高校图书馆员健康人格进行塑造与培养的观点,以期通过促进馆员人格健全,提升馆员素质,从而提高阅读疗法的服务水平。笔者认为,可通过成立面向高校图书馆员的阅读疗法工作组、开辟高校图书馆员阅读空间、精选高校图书馆员阅读治疗书单、建立健全评价机制、畅通馆员沟通渠道等途径对馆员健康人格进行培养,进而促进高校图书馆的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the practical research effect of reading therapy in the mental health education of college students,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of shaping and cultivating the healthy personality of university librarians through reading therapy,so as to improve the service level of reading therapy by promoting the integrity of the personality of librarians and improving their quality.The author thinks that,through the establishment of university librarian oriented reading therapy group,setting up reading room of university librarian,carefully selecting reading therapy book lists,and establishing and perfecting the assessment mechanism,openning unimpeded channels,we can promote the healthy development of university library. |
