| 摘 要： | 以档案管理工作的市场观念、竞争观念、效益观念为切入点,阐述了在计划经济向市场经济过度的社会转型期,档案管理工作的观念应随之更新;除了将社会效益放在首位外,档案管理工作应十分注重开发市场,增强竞争意识,提高管理效益,从而为档案工作的发展开辟新的途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the market,competition and benefit ideas for archives management,the ideas of archives management should be renewed during the processing from planning economic systems to market economic systems.Besides the social benefit for achieves management placed on top place, the archives management should pay more attention on developing market,strengthening competition idea and improving benefit. |
