| 摘 要： | 职业高原现象在高校图书馆中比较普遍,这不仅不利于图书馆事业的发展,同时,也影响馆员个体的可持续发展。为此,我们要理性认识职业生涯高原现象,提高职业心理素质,掌握有效的职业生涯高原现象应对策略:压力转移培训,职业生涯管理,倡导良好的学术研究风气,实行制度化管理与人本管理的良好结合,营造人才发展良好环境。从而能够顺利跨越职业生涯高原现象,促进职业生涯持续健康地发展。
