| 摘 要： | 竞争情报在现代企业发展过程中发挥着重要作用,但同时存在着不足,随着物质经济向知识经济转变,知识管理作为知识经济社会的一种新型管理模式,必将成为推动现代企业发展的主流模式。本文从竞争情报和知识管理对现代企业发展发挥作用的方面,指出两者将紧密联系,相互促进,共同推动和实现现代企业的发展目标。
