| 摘 要： | 本文针对高校文库藏书建设中的“收藏难，收齐更难”，这一具有共性的并始终困扰着高校文库收藏工作的问题，从多角度分析问题产生的原因，提出解决问题之对策，使高校文库藏书建设尽快摆脱困境，走可持续发展之路。

| Abstract: | In view of university library book collection,this article focuses on a common and puzzling problem that it's difficult to collect books for a university library and more difficult to collect all the books without omission for a specific topic.The article analyzes the problem in multiple perspectives and accordingly proposes solutions in order to get rid of the problem as soon as possible and move toward a road of sustainable development. |
