| 摘 要： | 现代信息咨询存在着很多伦理问题与伦理冲突。文章从信息咨询的职业责任与职业价值、信息咨询的诚信原则、信息咨询的能力、用户的隐私权、知识产权以及系统与资源的安全保障等方面探讨了信息咨询中人与人、人与物之间和谐共存的一些基本法则。

| Abstract: | There exist many ethic problems and conflicts in modern information consultation.This paper discusses some basic principles for coexisting harmoniously between person and person,person and things in information consultation from aspects of profession responsibility and profession value of information consultation,sincere principles of information consultation,the capacity of information consultation,the private and knowledge property rights of users and secure guarantee of systems and resources. |
