| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了信息时代高校图书馆中的学生助理管理。高校图书馆应加强对学生助理的管理，制定学生助理工作管理条例，建立学生助理管理信息系统，以提高工作效率。图书馆员还要正确引导和教育学生助理，培养他们的工作能力，为以后步入社会奠定良好的基础。
