| 摘 要： | 本文结合图书馆知识管理发展现状,重点对图书馆知识管理的实施方案进行了研究。论文首先分析了知识管理基本理论,并分别从知识管理基本概念、知识管理内涵、知识管理主要内容进行了分析,在此基础上,本文主要分析了图书馆与知识管理的关系问题。
