| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代的到来、网络技术的普及、信息环境的演变,使得人们对知识、信息的需求与消费成为新的消费热潮。然而,用户在查询信息方面的障碍却依然存在,且有了新的变化。本文客观分析了障碍,并从解决方法上提出了自己的观点。

| Abstract: | The coming of knowledge economy times,the universal network technology and the evolution of message environment,all these make it become upsurge that people inquire for and consume knowledge message.However,there are still some barriers about users' inquiring for message,and some new changes have taken place there.In this article,the author objectively analyses the barriers and puts forward her own opinions about the ways on how to solve them. |
