| 摘 要： | 认为信息服务系统具备社会系统的特性，是以信息和知识的传递与交流为主要任务的社会交流系统；信息传递的基本模式是传递、交互与反馈；用户在信息传递活动居于主导地位。从传递、交互和反馈三个维度分析信息服务系统信息传递机制设计需要考虑的基本信息传递模式，指出分布式环境下应该重新定位信息系统在信息传递中的角色以及用户在信息系统和信息传递中的角色，充分研究信息、用户、系统在信息传递、交互、反馈过程中的角色和作用，设计合理的传递、交互与反馈机制。

| Abstract: | Information service system holds the characteristics of social system and is a kind of social communication system with information and knowledge transfer and exchange as its main tasks. The basic mode of information transfer is transmission, interaction and feedback and user dominate the information transfer activities. In this regard, the paper analyzes the fundamental information transfer mode that should be taken into account while designing the information transfer mechanism for information service system from three dimensions such as information transmission, information interaction and information feedback, and puts forward that the role of information systems in information transmission as well as the role of users in information system and information transmission should be reviewed under the distributed environment. With the role of information, user and information system being fully researched during the course of information transmission, interaction and feedback and the three corresponding mechanisms als being well designed. |
