| 摘 要： | 介绍政府门户网站与一般网站的区别，阐明中央政府门户网站建设的必要性；选取当前在电子政务方面处于世界前列的4个国家--加拿大、新加坡、美国、澳大利亚作为研究对象，对比分析其中央政府官方门户网站的建设情况；针对我国的具体状况，对我国中央政府门户网站的建设提出建议。

| Abstract: | The paper begins with an introduction to the portal websites, compares it with the common website and claims the necessity of constructing national portal websites. Secondly, it studies,analyzes and compares the e - governance construction in four countries: Canada,Singapore,U. S. and Australia. Finally,in view of the fact that no national government portal websites exist now in China,the author proposes several suggestions on the construction of national government portal website in China. |
