| 摘 要： | 探讨加菲尔德定律在学科评估应用中的科学性和局限性,提出以文献单元为基础的“文献影响系数”作为衡量评估主体论文水平和实际影响度的引文测度;同时,对Web载体下的“文献累积被引曲线”及普赖斯的“文献被引态势曲线”进行分析验证和新探索。

| Abstract: | In this paper, Garfield's Law and Price's Curve are applied and verified in the subject evaluation. A new indicator "Paper Impact Coefficient" is presented . Meanwhile, the trends on citation of documents under the World - Wide - Web are analyzed. |
