Klog在咨询业知识管理中的应用研究

摘    要:简单介绍klog在知识管理中的特点和作用,论述对咨询业中知识的两大分类——显性知识和与隐性知识及其进行知识管理所运用的不同策略;以麦肯锡的内部刊物作为对比,说明将klog运用于咨询行业知识管理中的可行性与必要性,提出具有可操作性的合理应用建议,以期klog作为一种知识管理的辅助工具能提高咨询业特别是本土咨询业的效率和竞争力。

Abstract:This paper focuses on the meaning and application of KM based on klog. It simply introduces the characteristics and functions of klog used in KM, and also puts forward two different strategies for two different kinds of knowledge, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, in consulting. It even presents the feasibility and necessity of using klog in the consulting by comparing with McKinsey's internal magazines. Eventually, it makes a suggestion that klog, as an assistant KM tool, can improve efficiency and competitiveness of consulting companies, especially local companies.
