| 摘 要： | 以LISA数据库中1969-2004年参考咨询相关文献为样本，通过对5 209篇文献的发表年度、刊载语种、文献类型、同行评论、核心期刊、主要作者及主题等多角度的统计分析，揭示国外参考咨询领域的研究现状、存在的问题及未来的发展趋势，以期对国内的参考咨询研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Based on 5 209 research articles on references and consulting retrieved from the database of LISA from 1969 to 2004, this paper makes an all round quantitative analysis from such aspects as chronological distribution, lingual distribution, publication types, peer review journals, core journals, primary authors, contents, and subjects, etc., which gives us general pictures of this research topic, its on going research situation and its developing trends. |
