| 摘 要： | 图书馆知识转移的影响因素可以归纳为知识因素与非知识因素共同作用的结果。各因素相互制约，相互渗透，影响着图书馆知识转移的效果，决定图书馆知识转移的方向和水平。图书馆知识转移的影响因素模型采用层次分析法，通过分析影响图书馆知识转移的主要因子之间的相互作用关系，构造成对比较矩阵，有效避免不同级别因素间的交叉影响，建立各个因素对图书馆知识转移影响的数学模型。

| Abstract: | The effect factors of library knowledge transfer can be concluded as the knowledge factor and the factor except knowledge. These factors interact and inter-infiltrate to each other. It affects the impact of library knowledge transfer, and decides the direction and the level. The effect factors model of library knowledge transfer mainly adopts analytic hierarchy process, analyzes the interaction factor of the main factors that affect the library knowledge transfer, and constructs the paired comparison matrix. This kind of method availably avoids the intersect effect of vary level factors, and establishes the mathematical model of effect factors of library knowledge transfer. |
