| 摘 要： | 阐述上海市中心图书馆建立的意义，分析其向社区基层延伸中将面临的四大问题，着重论述上海市中心图书馆的区县分馆在这一延伸过程中应扮演的角色：区县分馆应是连接上下的桥梁，并成为地区业务的指导中心、资源建设分中心、文献信息提供分中心、采访编目分中心、技术支持分中心、图书物流分中心。

| Abstract: | This paper expatiates on the 4 main problems that the city central library extends to communities. The focus of this paper is put on the roles that the district and county libraries should play in the extension process. It is suggested in this paper that district and county libraries should function as subcenters in the resource sharing service system, which should take such responsibilities as business guidance, resource construction and delivery, and technological support to the local libraries. |
