高校图书馆流通出纳岗位人力资源配置研究

摘    要:<正> 运用服务管理中的时间研究方法,测定高校图书馆流通出纳岗位标准工作量;在统计分析大型馆和小型馆图书流通规律的基础上,对各自的出纳岗位进行重新设计,发现能够节约二分之一的人力物力资源。对于图书出纳台的设置,应根据具体情况而定,当借还量均接近标准工作量时,实行借、还台单独操作;当工作量超出标准工作量不多时,可加设机动台进行既借又还的操作;当借还量远低于标准工作量时,可将借还工作合二为一,保证出纳台正常工作,提高工作效率。

Abstract:Standard operation time of one cashier in circulation department is measured by using the method of time study. Based on the analysis of the circulation laws at Universities, staff structures are rebuilt. It is discovered that the concentrated counters will save half resource of manpower. On setting up circulation, we should consider the amount of books' borrowing and returning. If the amount number per hour is close to the standard operation quantum, the counter of books' borrowing and returning must be divided into two parts. If it does not exceed much more than the standard, a flexible counter should be put into use. If the amount of work is less than the standard number, one counter could operate not only borrowing but also returning. In a word, we must improve the library operation effectively based on the smooth circulation.
