| 摘 要： | 阐述在知识管理态势下，注重知识共享和知识创新的理念对教育理念的影响。结合 SECI 模型，重点分析图书情报教育机构在促进知识的社会化、外化、综合化和内化4个方面对新的教育方法的探索。最后，介绍中西方图书情报教育机构对知识管理的反应和课程调整。

| Abstract: | This paper reveals the influence of the concept of knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation of the education under the knowledge management environment, and the focus of the analysis lays on the exploration in education methods of library and information education institutions in four respects, i.e. knowledge socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. Finally, the article introduces the new curricula adjustion of foreign and Chinese library and information education institutions for the knowledge management. |
