| 摘 要： | 文献资源共享就是读者通过图书馆馆际合作满足其文献信息需要的实践过程。读者是文献资源共享的主体，文献信息资源是读者开展文献资源共享的客观对象（客体），图书馆是读者借以从事文献资源共享实践活动的中介。读者的主体性需要和利益是文献资源共享的强大内驱力，读者的主体能力是文献资源共享得以展开、实现和发展的先决条件，图书馆及其系统是决定文献资源共享效率和效益的关键性中介。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the essence of information resource sharing,trying to review the relation among subject(readers), object(documentary resources) and intermediary(libraries) of information resource sharing system. The author think that it is the essence of library work that meet the needs of readers or users, and that the librariers must study the needs of users at first. |
