结合信息素养理论的学科服务方法模型

摘    要:从芬兰赫尔辛基大学图书馆学科服务工作的经验中,发现学科服务应结合信息素养的理论,针对不同的服务对象提供信息搜寻能力、信息发现能力和信息挖掘能力的培训或服务。通过分析科研研个体和科研群体的需求,按层次工作法模型拆分学科服务工作的内容,组成完整的服务流程。将过去以信息获取为导向的工作方法,调整成以信息结果的应用和分析为导向,从而界定学科馆员新的工作内容。

Abstract:The paper’s purpose is to develop a basic working model and standards as the subject librarian’s basic guidance. The guidance redefines the work content of the subject librarian from the perspective of the behavior model and the structure model. The subject service should combine the theories of information literacy. According to the different clients, subject librarian provides special training or services and promotes their abilities of information search, information discovery and information mining. Based on the needs of research individual and scientific research groups, the work content will be divided to different levels and forms a complete process, the hierarchical model. Therefore, it changes the previous model directed by obtained information, begins from the application and analysis of information results, and builds the new information flow pattern.
