企业竞争情报文化论略

摘    要:竞争情报文化是企业在其竞争情报工作长期发展中所形成的、为组织成员所认同和遵循的情报价值观与行为规范体系。首先阐释企业竞争情报文化的基本内涵和作用机理,进而系统剖析并构建由三个层面所构成的竞争情报文化层次结构体系,在此基础上,进一步阐述企业竞争情报文化的培育与构建。

Abstract:Enterprise competitive intelligence culture is a kind of intelligence value and behavior norms system in enterprise, which is formed during the long term development of competitive intelligence, is approved and abided by its members. The paper explains the basic connotation and action mechanism of enterprise competitive intelligence culture firstly, then analyzes its internal composition systematically and constructs its system architecture with three layers. At last,it discusses the tactics of enterprise competitive intelligence culture construction and cultivation deeply.
