| 摘 要： | 概述网络环境下会议文献呈现出的一些新特点，如:实现自我发布;以光盘或视频点播形式发布会议视频资料;网络使会议文献的发布及获取变得更加便利，时效性及学术影响力进一步增强，等等。着重从用户需求角度，系统介绍会议论文题录信息、会议录、单篇会议论文和会议日程信息这4类会议文献在网络环境下的获取途径与技巧，最后推荐几种及时进行会议论文网络发布的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a general introduction about the new characteristics of conference literature, such as the realization of self-publishing, the publication of conference materials by cd or vod, and the network used to enhance the efficiency and influence of conference literature, etc. From the viewpoint of users?demand, new access approaches and skills of all kinds of conference literature are presented systematically under network environment. Eventually, several online-publishing modes of conference papers are recommended. |
